Case restoration: a complex and time-consuming process — RICHARD MILLE

A Richard Mille watch is designed to accompany its owner through daily life, across various terrains and challenging environments, at the risk, of course, of damaging the case. This is why we offer our customers the opportunity to restore their watches to like-new condition when brought in for servicing at a Richard Mille service center. Case restoration is a complex and time-consuming process due to the high level of finishing and intricacy involved. Complete case refinishing requires the removal of the movement and total disassembly of the watchcase, including the front and back sapphire crystals.
