The new RM 65-01 fully dressed in white Quartz TPT® — RICHARD MILLE
⌚ Richard Mille value: models and prices
The Richard Mille RM 65-01 Automatic Split-Seconds Chronograph combines automatic winding with a split-seconds chronograph, also called a rattrapante, which allows two timed events to be measured that start together but stop at different moments. The version shown in the video has a case in white Quartz TPT, one of the composite materials associated with the brand, which also uses Quartz TPT in the RM 27-02 Rafael Nadal. Richard Mille was founded in 2001 by Richard Mille and Dominique Guenat and has its headquarters in Les Breuleux, Switzerland. The videos below come from the official Richard Mille channel.
Composed of 600 ultra-thin layers, each no more than 45 microns thick, the quartz fibres that make up the Quartz TPT® of the RM 65-01 are saturated with a special resin developed exclusively for Richard Mille. The layers are then stacked, with each one rotated 45° from the previous, creating a distinctive visual texture. Once heated to 120°C and compressed at 6 bars, the material is ready to be machined into the brand’s signature tripartite tonneau case. This machining process reveals random patterns within the layers, ensuring that every RM 65-01 case is truly unique. Music: Shcaa ► Find us also on: WeChat: RICHARDMILLE里查德米尔
